EduKidz is an educational platform designed to support children's learning through diagnostics, practice, homework help, progress tracking, misconception detection, parent insights, certificates, and personalized learning support.

EduKidz is not just a quiz app. It is a learning intelligence platform designed to understand how a child learns and improves over time.

Children may use EduKidz only with permission from a parent, guardian, school, tutor, or authorized educator.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of EduKidz.

By creating an account for a child, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Users may need an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• ✓Provide accurate information
• ✓Keep login details safe
• ✓Not share your account with unauthorized users
• ✓Not create fake accounts
• ✓Not pretend to be another person, school, parent, tutor, or child
• ✓Notify EduKidz if your account is misused

EduKidz may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that break these Terms or appear suspicious.

EduKidz is provided for educational support. We do not guarantee:

• ✗Specific grades or exam results
• ✗School admission
• ✗Academic ranking
• ✗Official qualification
• ✗Guaranteed improvement within a fixed time

Learning progress depends on many factors, including effort, consistency, support, school environment, and the child's individual needs.

EduKidz may generate reports, skill insights, misconception signals, progress summaries, certificates, and recommendations.

These are educational insights only. They should not be treated as medical, psychological, legal, or professional diagnostic advice.

Parents, teachers, and tutors should use their own judgment when acting on EduKidz reports.

EduKidz may use AI-supported or automated features to:

• ✓Explain concepts
• ✓Check answers
• ✓Identify learning gaps
• ✓Suggest next steps
• ✓Personalize learning
• ✓Generate reports
• ✓Support homework help

Although we aim for accuracy, AI and automated content may sometimes contain mistakes. Users should review important information carefully.

EduKidz is not responsible for decisions made only on the basis of automated or AI-generated content.

You agree not to misuse EduKidz. You must not:

• ✗Hack, attack, damage, or disrupt EduKidz
• ✗Try to access accounts, data, or systems without permission
• ✗Copy, scrape, download, or steal EduKidz content
• ✗Reverse-engineer the platform
• ✗Use bots, scripts, automation, or fake traffic
• ✗Create fake accounts
• ✗Misuse coupons, discounts, school codes, or affiliate links
• ✗Manipulate challenge scores or certificates
• ✗Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious files
• ✗Share offensive, abusive, illegal, or harmful content
• ✗Use EduKidz for commercial resale without permission
• ✗Misrepresent EduKidz reports, certificates, or results
• ✗Use EduKidz in a way that harms children, parents, schools, tutors, or the platform

EduKidz has the right to protect its platform, users, content, data, reputation, and systems. If we believe a user is misusing EduKidz, we may:

• ✓Suspend the account
• ✓Block access
• ✓Remove content
• ✓Cancel coupons or discounts
• ✓Cancel certificates or challenge entries
• ✓Restrict features
• ✓Delete fake or abusive accounts
• ✓Refuse service
• ✓Investigate suspicious activity
• ✓Take legal action if necessary

EduKidz may take these actions without prior notice if needed to protect children, users, data, or the platform.

EduKidz may offer coupons, discounts, school codes, referral codes, or affiliate offers. These offers may have:

• ✓Expiry dates
• ✓Usage limits
• ✓Eligibility rules
• ✓School-specific conditions
• ✓One-time use restrictions
• ✓Payment or subscription conditions

EduKidz may cancel or refuse a coupon, discount, or offer if we believe it has been misused, shared improperly, manipulated, or used fraudulently.

EduKidz may offer challenges, badges, certificates, rankings, or rewards for educational motivation and recognition.

EduKidz may cancel, remove, or correct any certificate, score, ranking, or reward if:

• ✗The user cheated
• ✗The account was fake
• ✗The challenge was manipulated
• ✗There was a technical error
• ✗The certificate was misused
• ✗The result was obtained unfairly

EduKidz certificates are not official academic qualifications unless clearly stated.

EduKidz may offer free and paid plans. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown at the time of purchase.

Subscription features, pricing, and access may change over time. Refunds, if available, will be handled according to the refund policy shown at the time of purchase or as required by law.

EduKidz may suspend paid access if payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or appears fraudulent.

All EduKidz content and systems belong to EduKidz or its licensors, including:

• ✓Questions and explanations
• ✓Curriculum and Skill DNA structure
• ✓Misconception signals and learning reports
• ✓Certificates and designs
• ✓Logos, text, and software
• ✓Platform structure and educational methods
• ✓AI-supported learning flows

Users may use EduKidz content only for personal, school, or authorized educational use.

You may not copy, sell, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, scrape, or create a competing product using EduKidz content without written permission.

Users may submit answers, homework questions, messages, feedback, or other content. By submitting content, you allow EduKidz to use it to provide services, improve learning support, generate reports, improve platform quality, detect misuse, and support the user experience.

You must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, offensive, misleading, or violates another person's rights.

Schools, tutors, and educators using EduKidz must ensure they have proper permission to create or manage child accounts. They are responsible for using EduKidz reports, data, and tools responsibly.

EduKidz may restrict school, tutor, or educator accounts if they misuse child data or platform access.

EduKidz aims to keep the platform available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. EduKidz may be unavailable due to:

• ✓Maintenance or updates
• ✓Technical issues
• ✓Internet problems
• ✓Third-party service failures
• ✓Security issues
• ✓Events outside our control

EduKidz is not responsible for losses caused by temporary unavailability.

EduKidz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that:

• ✗The platform will always be error-free
• ✗All content will always be perfect
• ✗Every child will achieve a specific result
• ✗The platform will always be available
• ✗AI-supported answers will always be fully accurate

We will work to improve EduKidz, but users must use the platform responsibly.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, EduKidz is not responsible for:

• ✗Indirect losses or loss of data
• ✗Loss of profit or academic outcomes
• ✗Misuse by users or unauthorized account sharing
• ✗Decisions made based only on reports or AI output
• ✗Technical errors or third-party service failures
• ✗Fraudulent activity by users
• ✗Damage caused by violating these Terms

Nothing in these Terms limits legal rights that cannot be limited by law.

Users agree to use EduKidz lawfully and responsibly.

If a user misuses EduKidz, violates these Terms, harms another user, copies content, manipulates systems, or causes damage to EduKidz, that user may be responsible for losses, claims, damages, costs, or legal expenses caused by their actions.

Your use of EduKidz is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect and use information.

EduKidz may update, improve, remove, limit, or change features, content, prices, plans, reports, certificates, and services at any time.

EduKidz may suspend or terminate access if a user:

• ✗Breaks these Terms
• ✗Misuses the platform
• ✗Creates fake accounts
• ✗Attempts unauthorized access
• ✗Copies content
• ✗Harms users or systems
• ✗Misuses coupons, challenges, certificates, or reports

Parents may request deletion of their child's account by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
